These Terms of Service govern your use of the Xoo Roofing website at xooroofing.com and any roofing services provided by Xoo Roofing. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Xoo Roofing provides roofing services including but not limited to roof leak repair, roof installation and replacement, waterproofing, gutter services, and roof maintenance across the Klang Valley area in Malaysia.

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided free of charge following a roof inspection.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices quoted are inclusive of materials, labour, and standard cleanup.
  • Additional work discovered during the project will be communicated and quoted separately before proceeding.

Scheduling and Access

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement.
  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the roof and work areas.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon in the quotation or service agreement.
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work.

Warranty

  • We provide workmanship warranties as specified in individual quotations.
  • Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
  • Warranty claims must be reported to us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Xoo Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
